Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Personal Inflection Curve™ (PIC™) Diagnostic at personalinflectioncurve.com, including PIC™ Diagnostic Annual Membership and Bridge Architect™ Annual Membership.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of PIC™ Diagnostic and Bridge Architect™ memberships are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason once a purchase has been completed.

The PIC™ Diagnostic is an immediately accessible digital instrument. The full value of the diagnostic — your Personal Inflection Readout™, friction zone analysis, recommended pathways, and Alliance Scan™ — is delivered upon completion. Because access to the diagnostic is immediate and the results are generated instantly, all sales are final at the point of purchase.

Annual Subscription Renewals

Both PIC™ Diagnostic Annual and Bridge Architect™ memberships are annual subscriptions that renew automatically each year. You will receive a renewal reminder from Gumroad before your subscription renews.

If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a subscription term.

How to Cancel

To cancel your annual subscription before it renews:

  • Log in to your Gumroad account at gumroad.com
  • Go to Library → find your PIC™ Diagnostic or Bridge Architect™ membership
  • Select "Manage membership" and cancel your subscription
  • You will retain access through the end of your current billing period

If you have trouble cancelling, contact us directly at info(at)seedingchange(dot)link and we will assist you promptly.

Exceptions

We review exception requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances only:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized purchase — if you have evidence that your account was accessed without your authorization

To submit an exception request, contact us at info(at)seedingchange(dot)link within 7 days of the charge in question. Include your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad's own terms of service and refund policies also apply to your purchase. In the event of a dispute, Gumroad's payment processor policies govern the resolution process.
