FAQ
What to expect.
Most of what you’ll want to know is here. I read every reply, but I can’t answer individual questions by email. If your question is about your specific situation, that’s what the live workshops are for (see Getting help).
The course
What is the PIC™ course?
Six short emails, one each Monday, built around where you are on your Personal Inflection Curve™. Each week has one idea and one concrete task, usually 20 to 60 minutes. Across the six weeks, you build a Clean-Up Ledger: a record of the messes you’ve been called in to fix, the skill that runs through them, and what to do with it next.
Is it included in my membership?
Yes. The course, the PIC™ Diagnostic, the Alliance Scan™, your readout, and all four Relevance Project™ toolkits are included with every paid tier: Monthly, Annual, and Bridge Architect.
What do I need to do before I can start?
Two things, in order:
- Take the PIC™ Diagnostic. Your results determine your track.
- Complete your Alliance Scan™. Your track builds on it, and Week 4 asks you to think back to it.
Then click Start my track on your results page. The page shows which steps you’ve completed.
Your track
How is my track chosen?
By your PIP™ window on the Diagnostic:
- Pre-PIP: you’re not in your window yet. The course is a noticing practice, so you catch the early signals while they’re still quiet.
- Mid-Point: your window is open. The course works the gap between seeing clearly and doing something about it.
- Post-PIP: you’ve passed your inflection point. The course is direct about what that means and what actually helps.
Each track stands on its own. You don’t need the others.
Can I switch tracks?
Your track is set when you enroll, and it stays the same for the six weeks, even if you retake the Diagnostic midway. If a retake puts you in a different window, finish your current track first. The next one is there when you’re ready.
Timing
When does the course start?
The Monday after you enroll. Your confirmation email arrives right away and gives you the date. (If you enroll on a Monday before 6am Pacific, you start that same day.)
What time do the emails arrive?
Monday mornings, usually between 6 and 7am Pacific.
Who are the emails from?
Dee McCrorey, course@personalinflectioncurve.com. Add that address to your contacts so the course doesn’t land in spam or a Promotions tab.
Missing a week or stopping
What if I miss a week?
Nothing breaks. The emails keep arriving each Monday, and every week works on its own. Pick up wherever you are, and catch up when you can. If one seems to be missing, search your inbox (and spam) for course@personalinflectioncurve.com.
Can I pause the course?
Not yet. If life gets busy, let the emails sit in your inbox and come back to them. They’ll wait.
How do I stop the emails?
Use Unsubscribe from course emails at the bottom of any weekly email. It stops the course only. Your membership, readout, and tools aren’t affected.
Can I restart after unsubscribing?
Yes. Click Start my track on your results page again. You’ll start fresh at Week 1 the following Monday.
Retakes
When should I retake the Diagnostic?
When your environment changes: a new manager, a reorg, a new role. If nothing changes, retake it in 90 days anyway. Windows move, and a retake shows you which way.
Is there a limit on retakes?
No. As long as you’re a member, the Diagnostic stays open to you.
Getting help
Can I email you about my specific situation?
I read every reply, but I can’t answer individual questions by email. Your situation deserves more than a quick reply, and that’s what the live workshops are for.
What are the Live Interpretation Workshops?
Live sessions are where we work through results together, including the situations that don’t fit neatly in a readout.
- Annual: quarterly workshops
- Bridge Architect: monthly workshops
- Monthly: workshops aren’t included. Upgrading to Annual adds them.
What are the PIC (Pick and Shovel) Chats?
The chats open once we have a pool of interested members ready to engage. Members will hear first when they start. You can let us know your interest during Week 6 of the course.
A weekly, one-hour, live text chat in Substack for paid subscribers, where we put clean-up superpowers to work: brainstorming, validating, and repurposing the skills you uncover in the course. Each week rotates through four themes: Your Pick and Shovel, The Gold in the Dirt, The Clean-Up You’ve Been Avoiding, and In the Room Before. You can join during the course or after it.
It’s a group conversation: bring your take, react to what others share, and ask the room what they think. When you want to go deeper on your own results, that’s what the workshops are for.
Something isn't working. Who do I tell?
Email support@seedingchange.link if something’s broken: a course email didn’t arrive, a link doesn’t work, or you can’t get into the Diagnostic or a toolkit. That inbox is for access and technical problems only. It isn’t for coaching or questions about your situation; those belong in the workshops. For billing, see Membership and billing.
Tools and worksheets
What are the track worksheets?
Each track has a Notion worksheet for your Clean-Up Ledger. It’s linked in your confirmation email and in Week 1. Duplicating a worksheet requires a free Notion account. Prefer not to sign up? Your own journal works just as well.
How do I get into the toolkits?
The Relevance Reset™ and The Strategic Jumpstart™ open directly from their links. The AI Adaptation Blueprint™ and Leading Through the Shift™ ask you to sign in with the email you subscribed with; a one-time code is sent to that address. New members: access is set up by hand, so allow up to 3 business days after you subscribe.
Membership and billing
Where do I manage billing or cancel?
Your subscription runs through Substack. Manage it from your Substack account settings.
What happens if I cancel?
Your membership ends at the close of your current billing period. Until then, you keep full access to the PIC™ Diagnostic, your readout, the toolkits, and any course emails still to come. Anything you’ve downloaded, including your Summary Card, is yours to keep.
